1000% disappointed in the service I got here. I expressed to the hairdresser I was so unhappy. Her response was “so what do you want me to Do? I’ll note for next time” After she FRIED my hair off then chopped it off because it was literally string I went in with long beautiful curls after years of repair after someone else fried my hair to my scalp. I told her so many times prior to the appointment and before she started I wanted to be very careful if we used bleach and she told me she would do the best she could… red flag one so I told her if you’re not comfortable let’s not do it. She said she was I made sure! She finished and asked “does your hair always do this” after the underneath of my hair turned to straight string… she then chopped off another 5-6 inches of my hair because it was fried… I’ve attached photos of before.. what I asked for… vs what I got. My hair is CHOPPED AND FRIED.. I just can’t even believe it… please stop claiming to be a curly specialist if you are not that. If majority of your portfolio is not curly hair you DO NOT SPECIALIZE IN CURLY HAIR!! Period. Coming from a stylist of 11+ years!!!
